We have lived here just shy of 7 months and we are absolutely happy. The staff is absolutely amazing from Management, Assistant Management and the Assistant are all amazing ladies. The Maintenance Technicians Tony & Bill are also wonderful! We have always been treated fairly and kind. The apartments are beautiful and the pool is always gorgeous. The grounds are kept clean and hallways are also cleaned on the regular. For the most part everyone I’ve met as far as the residents have also been very nice. We love it here. Thank you to all the staff at Dunedin Commons and Westdale Management who have made our first 6 months here in Florida amazing. Carla & Cubs ❤️
Tony Tran is awesome! The property maintenance expert quickly identified my issue with the AC and refrigerator. He made a plan to fix my problem and followed up exactly as he state. In addition to being exceptional at his job, I met Tony when I first moved in and he make my experience at this property exceptional! I cannot thank Tony enough!

I really have to say this is the best apartment community I’ve lived at. The staff is very friendly, the neighbors are respectful and the grounds are always kept looking great.
A special shout out to Tony, he is the BEST maintenance guy! He always has a great attitude and gets the job done fast!

I have lived at Dunedin Commons for 3 months now and couldn't be happier. Tony from the maintenance crew is awesome! He is very pleasant, accommodating, and responds promptly. Very nice community. Highly recommend.
Nice people and great service! We had a problem over the weekend. After leaving a message, we were immediately called back. On a Sunday, Tony arrived at our apartment in short time. He worked to solve the problem and came up with a solution. My wife and I are very happy with the experience!
This is my 5th year of residence at Dunedin Commons. It was a new complex when I moved in and I have enjoyed being here. I would like to commend Tony, our Maintenance Mechanic, for the way he pleasantly and quickly responds to any maintenance request from a resident. The work is always finished neatly and with great efficiency. Thank you Tony, we are glad you are here to keep us safe and happy residents.
One of the nicest communities we've come across in Tampa Bay area. All employees are absolutely wonderful, so caring and are willing to go an extra mile for anyone. But not only employees, residents are great too, very genuine people, and all about supporting the locals. If we would be looking for a place to live, Dunedin Commons would be on top of our list.
